2011 Kickoff Meeting

Teammates:

Spring is in the air and our 2011 race season is upon us! We’ve been laying out the team plans for this year and are excited to share what’s in store for this March thru November.

So we’re kindly asking for ~45 minutes of your time the evening of March 24th to kick off the 2011 season.

Given the size and geographic constraints of our huddle, we understand the challenges of getting everyone together in one room. However it is mission critical that we have an opportunity to communicate together as a huddle.

So to accommodate, we’ll conduct our 2011 kickoff meeting both in person as well as via teleconference/web conference. Details are as follows…

Remote: Dial-in and online access will be provided prior to the call

Whether in person or remote, we’re asking each huddle member please make it a priority to attend. Given everyone’s access to a phone and internet connection, most, if not all, should have no problem attending.
